Via a scientific online assessment, users receive well-founded information about their individual strengths and potential for action in real time, with explanations and personalized recommendations for each health indicator, as well as links to selected online health promotion offers.

Follow-up check-ups show the course of health and thus enable interventions for personal health goals. The check-up can optionally be supplemented by an online consultation with health experts.
