Common Good Economy

As part of the intensive GWÖ program, the vivamind team took a deep dive into our impact, created a common good balance sheet, and developed concrete measures to align our economic activities even more closely with values such as human dignity, ecological responsibility, transparency, co-determination, and social justice.

We are convinced that health and the common good are inseparable!

The certificates were presented to the certified companies at a ceremony on November 25, 2025. We would like to thank(Economy for the Common Good Germany for providing us with expert support throughout the entire process – which was informative, enriching, and sustainable.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Dortmund Economic Development Agency for its financial and organizational support for the program.

Common good matrix

The ECG balance sheet model aims to create value that promotes the common good. To this end, business processes are evaluated according to ethical criteria. Both internal and external stakeholders are included.

In a matrix, the measurable indicators are evaluated in a structured and coordinated manner based on the criteria of product or service sustainability, human dignity, solidarity and social justice, ecological sustainability, transparency, and co-decision-making.

For each criterion, the degree of achievement is assigned to a measurement scale. At the same time, self-assessment is compared with external assessment. An important basis for the assessment are the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations.
